Claremont Canyon Hike
Join Laura and Katy for a hike up the beautiful Claremont Canyon and enjoy a happy hour at the top during the sunset. We’ll be leaving at 6:30pm from the base and will make it down before it gets too dark!

Yoga in the Redwoods
Join Meghan Zimmerman this summer for an evening of Yoga in the Redwoods. We’ll move though an invigorating flow followed by a meditation full of gratitude for the breath we breathe, our community, and the ancient trees around us.

Vita Fall Party:
Join multiple Vita Instructors for a night of Yoga, Pilates and Bootcamp, all mashed up into one 60 minute outdoor class. Stick around after for bites and drinks with others in the Vita community. Available for all levels. Bring your own mat!

Wine and Cheese at the Barre
Before Katy opened Vita, she had plans to open a cheese shop. Though a wine and cheese bar popping up in Rockridge isn’t completely out of the question, she’ll humor her husband for now and stick to just one small business. So, come take a 45 min Barre class followed by the ins and outs of pairing wines with cheeses! We’ll have a NA bottle of wine to pair with as well. **Limited space available
