Journey of Sound - A Meditation
Join Meghan Zimmerman and Grace Killpack for an evening of meditation, drumming, sound bowls and candlelight. This one hour immersive experience at Vita is designed to help you soften, settle and attune to the energy of spring, inviting renewal and growth. Come with pillows, blankets, eye masks, anything to make yourself comfortable.

Vita Triathlon -
Join Katy for a fun event outside at Bushrod Park! We’ll start with 25 minutes of Yoga, 25 minutes of Pilates, ending with two laps around Bushrod Park (about a 12-15 minute jog, 20 minute walk). Bring your own mat and lots of layers, April mornings start out chilly! We’ll have donuts and coffee after. **Babysitting available at the playground, email to reserve a spot.
